Order Cancellation

Please keep in mind that once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In such cases, you will need to follow our return policy as outlined above.

Cancellation Fees

We do not impose any cancellation fees for orders canceled before they are shipped. However, if your order has already been shipped, you will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) to us.

In the event that you refuse delivery of the package or fail to collect it from the carrier, you will be responsible for any return shipping fees incurred. Should you choose to retain the item(s) without paying the return shipping fees, we reserve the right to charge you for the cost of the item(s).

Custom Orders

Please be aware that our cancellation policy may differ for custom orders. Custom orders are typically made to order and are often non-refundable.
